I called McCall’s Air Conditioning & Heating for a second opinion after another company told me I needed to replace my entire AC unit. McCall’s technicians arrived promptly, were extremely professional, and took the time to thoroughly assess the system and patiently explain everything and answer all my questions.
To my surprise and relief, they were able to get my existing unit up and running-no replacement needed!
I truly appreciate their honesty, expertise, and integrity. It’s rare to find a company that puts the customer’s best interest first.

Timing was perfect, both the young men who showed up very polite and professional, and they left everything in great condition and clean. Our tune-up took about 25 minutes and we signed up for the maintenance program so that we stay on schedule for service instead of me trying to remember and it only happening every couple of years.

Terrific guys and super prompt service call. Our ceiling caved in our living room on a very hot summer afternoon water from the air conditioner drywall and wet insulation everywhere. They were over in just a few hours and fix the leaky air conditioner. Can’t say enough good things about these folks. I highly recommend them!

My ac stopped working in the middle of the night. Then it started working again and then stopped again. Somebody recommended McCall to me. I called them and they came out the same day. Paul and Jacob (still learning) took care of the problem. It was the capacitor and Paul explained to me what it does. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my question. I never dealt with an ac unit as a home owner so I'd say, the price i paid was fair.
