McCall’s was a pleasure to work with. Scheduling was easy and they were very communicative through the whole process. The technician, Gonzalo, was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and walked me through all of the steps they took to diagnose my issue. They even scheduled a time to come back and replace a frayed wire that they did not have available on the truck.

Alex, David, and their team installed two new AC units at our home. They also inspected the old units we had. Communication was excellent. They were very thorough in their report and found issues another company did not. The day of the new unit installation, they were very efficient and kept us informed throughout the day of what was going on. We had bulk trash leftover from the home's previous owners, which they were kind enough to dispose of for us. Very patient and helpful in explaining the new AC thermostat. Could not recommend them enough.
